Overview
This program will prepare students for employment in many fields that employ drones or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in their daily operations. These fields include mapping and surveying, environmental management, real estate, journalism, search and rescue, agriculture, videography, public safety, as well as cultural resource management and archaeology. The curriculum will provide students with hands-on training in UAS operations, basic knowledge in drone data processing and analysis.
Intake Capacity: 30
Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved category).
Duration: 4 Year
Career and Scope
Careers in the drone industry include drone pilots, software or hardware designers, and positions that analyze and assess the data acquired by drones. As a drone pilot, you can work in a variety of fields, including the mapping, real estate, construction, photography and film production, and military industries.
